- The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Global Skills Connect shall not be held responsible for:
- Any misuse of data by clients, employers, or applicants.
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information uploaded by users.
- Legal disputes, employment disagreements, visa/immigration matters, or contractual conflicts between parties using the Platform.
- Clients and users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Skills Connect, its affiliates, and its employees against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from use of the Platform.
5. Data Security
- Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to safeguard stored data.
- However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge that data transmission and storage involve inherent risks.
6. Third-Party Integrations
- If the Platform integrates with third-party tools (e.g., email, payment gateways, or cloud storage), clients are responsible for reviewing and complying with those providers’ privacy terms.
